Ingredients

  • 2 graham cracker pie crusts
  • 1 large can evaporated milk, chilled
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 small package orange Jell-O

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs; add sugar and pineapple juice.
  2. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until mixture coats the back of a spoon.
  3. Remove from stove; add orange Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
  4. Let cool slightly.
  5. Stir in chilled evaporated milk until well combined.
  6. Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker pie shells.
  7. Let stand several hours in the refrigerator before serving.
