Orange Pretzel Salad

- Mix pretzels with melted butter.
- Press the pretzel mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350°F.
- Allow the pretzel crust to cool.
- Soften the cream cheese.
- Beat the cream cheese with sugar and Cool Whip until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust and refrigerate.
- Mix orange jello with hot water until dissolved.
- Add juice from the drained mandarin oranges to the jello and let it cool until it is partially set.
- Add the drained mandarin oranges to the partially set jello and pour over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate until fully set before serving.
