Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green olives
  • 1/2 small onion, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. dried dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. light cream or milk
  • 1 lb. round loaf rye bread

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, green olives, onion, dried dill weed, garlic salt, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  2. Stir in milk to reach dipping consistency. Chill the mixture.
  3. Scoop out the center of the loaf of rye bread.
  4. Cut the scooped-out center into cubes for dipping.
  5. Serve the dip with the rye bread cubes or raw vegetables.
