Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 mashed bananas
  • 2 (12 oz.) cans frozen orange juice, thawed and undiluted
  • 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
  • 1 (67.6 oz.) bottle lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled
  • 6 cups water
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar and water in a Dutch oven; cook over high heat until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Let the mixture cool completely.
  3. Add mashed bananas, lemon juice, orange juice, and pineapple juice to the cooled mixture.
  4. Pour into a container and freeze until firm.
  5. Remove from freezer 2 hours before serving.
  6. Break the frozen mixture into large pieces and place in a punch bowl.
  7. Pour chilled lemon-lime carbonated beverage over the mixture and stir gently before serving.
