Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped onion
  • 3 cups chopped celery
  • 3 pounds chuck roast
  • 1 bottle catsup
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • Green pepper if desired

Instructions

  1. Put chopped onion, chopped celery, and chuck roast in a pan.
  2. Cover with 1/2 to 1 cup water and cook until the meat is tender.
  3. Add catsup and tomato sauce; cook until thick, about 30 minutes.
