Oriental Broccoli

Instructions
- Boil broccoli about 5 minutes only.
- Drain immediately.
- While the broccoli is cooking, slice the onion and mushrooms.
- Cook the onions and mushrooms together in the margarine and soy sauce for about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Put the drained broccoli into a serving dish and pour the onion/mushroom/margarine/soy sauce mixture over top.
- Do not stir!
- Serve hot.
- (It's delicious with steak and rice.)
- Serves 4.
