Ingredients

  • 12 oz. roasted almonds (2 cans)
  • 10 oz. chow mein noodles (4 cups)
  • 6 oz. sesame rice crackers (2 cups)
  • 4 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a large roasting pan, combine roasted almonds, chow mein noodles, and sesame rice crackers.
  3. In a small bowl, beat together sesame oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, and ground ginger.
  4. Pour the mixture over the almond mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes to ensure even coating.
  6. Spread on paper towels to cool before serving.
