Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 medium potatoes, unpeeled, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, barbecue sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper; blend thoroughly.
  2. Add potato slices; toss until well coated.
  3. Spoon mixture into a greased 9-inch square pan, cover with foil, and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
  4. Remove foil and bake about 30 minutes longer or until tender.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese and paprika on top.
  6. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
