- In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, barbecue sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper; blend thoroughly.
- Add potato slices; toss until well coated.
- Spoon mixture into a greased 9-inch square pan, cover with foil, and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake about 30 minutes longer or until tender.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese and paprika on top.
- Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
