  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  2. Add pork chops to the dish.
  3. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  4. Microwave on High for 4 to 6 minutes or until the meat is golden, turning over halfway through cooking.
  5. Add water to the dish.
  6. Cover with a tight-fitting lid.
  7. Microwave on Medium for 15 to 20 minutes or until the pork chops are tender.
  8. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
