Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 (8 oz) can cream-style corn
  • 2 c biscuit mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Melt butter in a 15 x 10-inch pan.
  3. Mix biscuit mix and cream-style corn together to form a soft dough.
  4. Knead the dough about 15 strokes.
  5. Roll out on a floured surface and cut into strips about 3 inches long and 1 inch wide.
  6. Dip the strips in melted butter, arrange in a single layer in the pan.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden.
