Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 3 cans clam chowder
  • 2 qt. half and half
  • 6 cans cream of potato soup

Instructions

  1. Saute diced onion in margarine or butter until translucent.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients to the sautéed onion.
  3. Pour mixture into a baking dish and bake for 4 hours at 275°F (135°C).
