Ingredients

  • 1 lb. backfin crabmeat
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 3 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • sliced almonds
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Mix together the cream cheese, horseradish, minced onion, fresh parsley, and milk until well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the backfin crabmeat.
  3. Sprinkle sliced almonds and paprika on top of the mixture.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
  5. Serve with thin sliced French bread or crackers.
