  • 1 1/2 lb. stew meat, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 1 small sliced onion
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 1/4 cups tomato juice
  • 1 tsp. basil or mixed herbs
  • 1 can bouillon

Instructions
