Ingredients

  • 5 oz. potato
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the potato into quarters lengthwise and dry with a paper towel.
  2. Coat all over with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Place in a nonstick pan or a pan sprayed with Pam and bake at 450°F for 20 minutes or until done.
