Ingredients

  • 1 c. ground cooked beef
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. ground, cooked potatoes
  • 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. parsley, snipped
  • 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. oleo, melted

Instructions

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients and 1 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
  2. Put into 1-quart casserole.
