Oven Steamed Herbed Corn

Ingredients

  • 6 ears sweet corn, husks removed, cleaned, cut in 1/2
  • 1 water
  • 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Place corn in ungreased 13 x 9 inch (3quart) glass baking dish
  3. Add water until 1/2 inch deep.
  4. Cover dish tightly with foil; bake 30 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile in small bowl, mix parsley, butter, and seasoned salt
  6. Drain water from corn.
  7. Pour butter mixture over corn.
  8. Turn to coat with buttwr mixture before serving.
