Ingredients

  • 1 large or 2 small cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 large sweet onion, sliced
  • sour cream
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers and onion into a container with a cover.
  2. Mix sour cream with sugar to taste.
  3. Pour the sour cream mixture over the cucumbers and onion.
  4. Fold the mixture into the vegetables to coat evenly.
  5. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
