Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 4 to 6 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage, drain, and spread it over bread cubes in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard; pour the mixture over the sausage and bread.
  3. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over the top.
  4. Refrigerate overnight if desired.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until set and golden.
