Ingredients

  • 1 lb. linguine
  • 1/2 to 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 10 oz. Italian dressing (Viva)
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 medium sweet onion
  • few green olives
  • 1/2 to 2/4 Salad Supreme or less

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine as directed on the box; drain and set aside to cool.
  2. Prepare the vegetables: dice the cucumber, chop the green pepper, dice the tomatoes, and slice the onion.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked linguine with the prepared vegetables and green olives if using.
  4. Add the Italian dressing and Salad Supreme or similar seasoning; toss until well coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight to let flavors meld before serving.
