Ingredients

  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour milk
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 stick oleo (butter)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion

Instructions

  1. Boil and mash 8 potatoes until smooth.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, milk, egg, and diced onion in a bowl.
  3. Spread the mashed potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour the mixture over the mashed potatoes, spreading evenly.
  5. Dot 1/2 stick of oleo (butter) on top.
  6. Refrigerate the dish overnight.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 45 minutes until browned and bubbly.
