Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2 teaspoons soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 cups shredded zucchini
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
