Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 roasting chickens
  • Hawaiian salt
  • oyster sauce

Instructions

  1. Rub the inside and outside of the chickens with salt.
  2. Let the chickens stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Rub the outside of the chickens with 1/4 cup oyster sauce.
  4. Bake the chickens uncovered for 1 hour at 400°F.
