Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup catsup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 16 oysters
  • 4 small grapefruits

Instructions

  1. Combine catsup, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, and salt to make the marinade.
  2. Marinate the oysters in the sauce and chill.
  3. Cut the grapefruits in half and remove the core, loosening the sections.
  4. Place 2 oysters in the center of each grapefruit half and serve.
