Ingredients

  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
  • 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup onions
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 tablespoon salt
  • dash of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease a 10-inch by 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
  3. Mix tuna, shredded cheese, onions, and pimentos in a bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, milk, Bisquick, salt, and nutmeg for 15 seconds.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the pie plate over the tuna mixture.
  6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden and set.
