Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can pink salmon
  • 15 oz. can water
  • onion (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a frypan and add the canned pink salmon, water, and optional onion and egg if desired.
  2. Add 1 cup of self-rising cornmeal or cracker meal to the boiling mixture.
  3. Cook and stir until the mixture becomes thick, then slightly cool before serving.
