Ingredients

  • 2 lb. white fish fillets
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 medium cucumber, unpeeled and chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped cucumber, dill and 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet.
  2. Saute until the cucumber is tender.
  3. Stir in mushroom soup, sour cream, and chopped tomato.
  4. Cook until heated through and serve with cooked fish.
