Instructions
- Cook and stir shrimp and garlic in butter in skillet until shrimp turn pink.
- Mix broth and cornstarch together and stir into shrimp.
- Add tomatoes, pepperoni and vegetables.
- Cook and stir until mix thickens and comes to a full boil.
- Stir in rice and saffron.
- Cover and remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes.
- Fluff. Makes 4 servings.
