Pamper'D Pumpkin Pie

Instructions
- Clean your Pamper'd Pie Pumpkin (remove the stem and seeds).
- Cut pumpkin in to squares.
- Put into a large baking dishand cover with foil.
- Bake at 400° for 30 minuted or until tender.
- Scoop out flesh from skin and puree until smooth.
- If there is excess liquid, let stand for 30 min and drain with a cheese cloth.
- Blend sugars, pumpkin and spices until smooth.
- Add three eggs, 1/2 cup evaporated milk and 1/2 cup water.
- Blend just until mixed.
- (Note: Eggs and milk must go in after the pumpkin. Don't over mix the eggs and milk)
- Pour filling into pie crust 2/3 full.
- Transfer to oven and bake at 375° for one hour (or until set and crust is cooked)
