Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • saltine crackers

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli until tender; drain.
  2. Beat egg and add cooked broccoli and corn.
  3. Add chopped onion, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Add one handful of crushed saltine crackers on top.
