Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- In a bowl, stir together eggs, evaporated milk, salt, and black pepper; set aside.
- Grate the light Cheddar cheese.
- Cut Velveeta cheese into small blocks or slices.
- Layer cooked macaroni and cheese in a large dish or several small casserole dishes, repeating 2 or 3 times.
- Pour the milk-egg mixture over the layered macaroni and cheese. If using multiple dishes, pour an equal amount over each.
- Bake at 350° to 375°F for 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours until bubbly and heated through.
