Ingredients

  • 2 lb. bag hash browns
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish.
  2. Pour 1/2 cup of butter over the mixture.
  3. Top with 2 cups of Ritz cracker crumbs or crushed corn flakes.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes covered.
  5. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
