Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. Bisquick flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/3 c. water
  • 2 tsp. canned milk

Instructions

  1. Makes a 9 x 13-inch pancake.
  2. Add walnuts or raisins, if desired.
  3. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
  4. Add sugar and cinnamon on top of cake for topping before baking.
