- Cut
- chicken into 1-inch strips.
- Whisk until thickened the Dijon
- mustard,
- butter
- and
- garlic.
- This
- mixture will thicken, you
- may
- need
- to
- warm in microwave.
- Roll in, then chill 10 minutes, parsley,
- Parmesan
- cheese and bread crumbs. Lightly spray cookie sheets and place chicken on sheets.
- Bake at 350° for 12 to 15
- minutes.
- Serve
- with ketchup or 4 parts mayonnaise to 1 part mustard.
