Panko Chicken

Ingredients

  • 10 chicken breast halves
  • 6 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. Panko bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cut
  2. chicken into 1-inch strips.
  3. Whisk until thickened the Dijon
  4. mustard,
  5. butter
  6. and
  7. garlic.
  8. This
  9. mixture will thicken, you
  10. may
  11. need
  12. to
  13. warm in microwave.
  14. Roll in, then chill 10 minutes, parsley,
  15. Parmesan
  16. cheese and bread crumbs. Lightly spray cookie sheets and place chicken on sheets.
  17. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15
  18. minutes.
  19. Serve
  20. with ketchup or 4 parts mayonnaise to 1 part mustard.
