Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. flour

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Pour like pancake batter onto hot griddle.
  3. Makes 2 to 3 pankuchen.
  4. Serve warm with cranberry sauce or applesauce with cinnamon.
  5. Works best if recipe is not doubled.
