Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup refrigerated Ranch-style dressing
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1 loaf (8 oz.) Italian bread, sliced 1/2-inch thick

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, salad dressing, and finely chopped onion.
  3. Spread a generous teaspoon of the dressing mixture onto one side of each bread slice.
  4. Arrange bread slices, dressing side up, on cookie sheets.
  5. Broil 2 inches from heat for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
