Ingredients

  • 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced

  • 1 large tomato, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Saute zucchini in melted butter for 5 minutes.
  2. Add chopped tomato, sugar, salt, Italian seasoning, and pepper.
  3. Gently stir to combine.
  4. Cover and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
