Parmesan "Cheesy" Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1/4 c. corn oil
  • 1 large can butter flavored Grands biscuits (I also use buttermilk flavored)
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix margarine and corn oil in one bowl.
  2. Mix Parmesan cheese and parsley in a separate bowl.
  3. Cut biscuits in quarters and roll in margarine mixture until well coated.
  4. Then roll in cheese mixture.
  5. Place close together on cookie sheet or jelly roll pan (the pan should have sides).
  6. Bake until barely done following the can directions.
  7. These can be served from a crock-pot set on "low" for a gathering.
