Parmesan Knots

Golden Parmesan knots with garlic and herbs, crispy on the outside and tender inside, perfect as an appetizer or snack for gatherings and family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 3 cans Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Tie each biscuit piece into a knot and bake as the package directs.
  2. As soon as out of the oven, immerse them into a mixture of oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, pepper, and parsley flakes.
  3. Absorb as much of the mixture as possible.
  4. Place the knots in a pan and pour the remaining mixture over them.
  5. Freeze the knots.
  6. Reheat at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
