Ingredients

  • 12 pita breads
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Split each pita bread horizontally into two halves.
  3. Cut each half into 4 triangles.
  4. Place the pita triangles on a baking sheet.
  5. Spread margarine evenly over the pita pieces.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Broil until the cheese is brown and bubbly.
