Parmesan Taco Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. Kraft barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 c. (2 oz.) Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 c. shredded lettuce
  • 2 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 3/4 c. dairy sour cream
  • 4 oz. can chopped green chili peppers, drained
  • 1/4 c. (1 oz.) Kraft grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown meat; drain.
  2. Add onion.
  3. Cook until tender.
  4. Stir in barbecue sauce and 1/2 cup cheese.
  5. Cover and simmer 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
