Instructions
- Combine chili sauce, sugar, salt, vinegar and seasoned salt. Pour over meat.
- Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator. (Marinate meat in Pyrex glass pan.)
- Place meat in roasting pan. Pour over marinade; cover with celery leaves and onions.
- Bake at 325° for 4 to 5 hours (1 hour per pound).
- Baste often.
- Serve in strained marinade.
- This recipe may be prepared 2 days in advance or frozen.
