Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 3 medium baking potatoes
  • Velveeta slices
  • 6 slices bacon
  • Parkay squeeze margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to broil.
  2. Mix together sour cream and chopped chives.
  3. Lightly brush both sides of the potato slices with margarine.
  4. Place the potato slices on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Broil the potato slices for 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
