A cheesy, spicy bread bowl filled with ham and green chillies, perfect for dipping and sharing at casual gatherings or family parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 round loaf Hawaiian bread
  • 1 cup sharp grated cheese
  • 1 small can chopped green chillies
  • 1 cup chopped ham
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 small container sour cream
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut a round hole in the top of the bread and remove it, being careful to leave the bread intact.
  2. Scoop out the insides of the bread and set aside.
  3. Mix all other ingredients (cheese, chopped chillies, chopped ham, cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper).
  4. Spoon the mixture inside the hollowed-out bread.
  5. Place the top back on the bread and double wrap with tinfoil.
  6. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F (175°C). Serve immediately.
  7. Use Sociables crackers or bread crumbs for dipping.
