- Grease and line a 10x6 inch baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, process graham crackers to fine crumbs. Add butter and process until combined. Press into prepared pan. Chill for 15 mins.
- Meanwhile, beat cheese and condensed milk until smooth. Add lemon juice and passionfruit pulp and beat until combined. Transfer to prepared pan, smooth surface and chill for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until set. Cut into 12 squares to serve.
