Ingredients

  • 16 oz. mostaccioli pasta
  • 28 oz. can Italian tomatoes, drained and crushed
  • 0.5 lb. Italian sausage
  • 0.25 c. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a frying pan, crumble the Italian sausage and brown it.
  2. Add margarine to the pan and cook until melted.
  3. Pour in white wine and cook until the wine evaporates.
  4. Add drained crushed tomatoes, salt, and pepper to the pan. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes over medium heat.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the mostaccioli pasta according to package directions.
  6. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the sauce. Toss to combine and serve.
