Ingredients

  • 16 oz. medium pasta shells
  • 1/4 lb. bacon slices
  • 2 c. chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped fresh tomato
  • 1 c. Italian salad dressing
  • 3/4 c. frozen peas
  • 1/3 c. sliced green onion
  • 1/2 c. crumbled Blue cheese
  • 1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain again.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, chopped cooked chicken, chopped tomatoes, thawed peas, sliced green onions, crumbled blue cheese, and chopped parsley.
  3. Pour the Italian salad dressing over the mixture and toss gently to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
