Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cans cannellini beans
  • 1 large can peeled tomatoes
  • 1 can water
  • 1 lb. ditalini pasta
  • 1 Tbsp. oil

Instructions

  1. Saute sliced garlic and diced onion in oil until translucent.
  2. Add peeled tomatoes and water; then add cannellini beans and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Cook ditalini pasta according to package instructions; drain.
  4. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and stir to combine.
  5. Serve immediately topped with grated cheese and crusty bread.
