- Cut all squashes in a julianed fashed. Lengthwise. 1/16th of an inch. i1 package of mushrooms and dice them. Add 1/4 of a cup of lemon juice to the pasta after it's drained. Suate the squash in the oil of 1/2 cup eov or eeov then add mushrooms. drain veggies and put over pasta.
