Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, undrained
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup corn oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, chop the garlic.
  2. Add the thawed, undrained chopped spinach, grated Parmesan, corn oil, water, salt, and dried basil.
  3. Process until well blended.
  4. Spoon the mixture over cooked pasta and toss to coat.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
