Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked spaghetti squash
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. heavy cream
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Stab the squash several times to prevent it from exploding.
  2. Put the squash in the microwave on High for 12 to 15 minutes.
  3. Slice the squash open and scoop out and discard the seeds.
  4. Use a fork to scrape out the 'meat' of the squash into strands.
  5. Stir in butter, heavy cream, and crushed garlic.
  6. Cook and stir until the butter is melted and the mixture is heated through.
  7. Serve immediately.
